【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversastandardizedformatforchromatographicdatarepresentationandasoftwarevehicletoeffectthetransferofchromatographicdatabetweeninstrumentdatasystems.Thisspecificationprovidesprotocoldesignedtobenefitusersofanalyticalinstrumentsandincreaselaboratoryproductivityandefficiency.1.2Theprotocolinthisspecificationprovidesastandardizedformatforthecreationofrawdatafilesorresultsfiles.Thisstandardformathastheextensionx201C;.cdfx201D;(derivedfromNetCDF).Thecontentsofthefileincludetypicalheaderinformationlikeinstrument,column,detector,andoperatordescriptionfollowedbyraworprocesseddata,orboth.Oncedatahavebeenwrittenorconvertedtothisprotocol,theycanbereadandprocessedbysoftwarepackagesthatsupporttheprotocol.1.3ThesoftwaretransfervehicleusedfortheprotocolinthisspecificationisNetCDF,whichwasdevelopedbytheUnidataProgramandisfundedbytheDivisionofAtmosphericSciencesoftheNationalScienceFoundation.1.4Theprotocolinthisspecificationisintendedto(1)transferdatabetweenvariousvendors''instrumentsystems,(2)provideLIMScommunications,(3)linkdatatodocumentprocessingapplications,(4)linkdatatospreadsheetapplications,and(5)archiveanalyticaldata,oracombinationthereof.Theprotocolisaconsistent,vendorindependentdataformatthatfacilitatestheanalyticaldatainterchangefortheseactivities.1.5Theprotocolconsistsof:1.5.1Thisspecificationonchromatographicdata,whichgivesthefulldefinitionsforeachoneofthegenericchromatographicdataelementsusedinimplementationoftheprotocol.Itdefinestheanalyticalinformationcategories,whichareaconvenientwayforsortinganalyticaldataelementstomakethemeasiertostandardize.1.5.2GuideE1948onchromatographicdata,whichgivesthefulldetailsonhowtoimplementthecontentoftheprotocolusingthepublic-domainNetCDFdatainterchangesystem.ItincludesabriefintroductiontousingNetCDF.Itisintendedforsoftwareimplementors,notthosewantingtounderstandthedefinitionsofdatainachromatographicdataset.1.5.3NetCDFUser''sGuide.
