【摘要】:Personnelthatareresponsibleforthecreation,transfer,andstorageofdigitalX-raytestresultswillusethisstandard.ThispracticedefinesasetofinformationmodulesthatalongwithPracticeE2339andtheDICOMstandardprovideastandardmeanstoorganizedigitalX-raytestparametersandresults.ThedigitalX-raytestresultsmaybedisplayedandanalyzedonanydevicethatconformstothisstandard.PersonnelwishingtoviewanydigitalX-rayinspectiondatastoredaccordingtoPracticeE2339mayusethisdocumenttohelpthemdecodeanddisplaythedatacontainedintheDICONDE-compliantinspectionrecord.1.1ThispracticefacilitatestheinteroperabilityofdigitalX-rayimagingequipmentbyspecifyingimagedatatransferandarchivalmethodsincommonlyacceptedterms.ThisdocumentisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeE2339onDigitalImagingandCommunicationinNondestructiveEvaluation(DICONDE).PracticeE2339definesanindustrialadaptationoftheNEMAStandardsPublicationtitledDigitalImagingandCommunicationsinMedicine(DICOM,seehttp://medical.nema.org),aninternationalstandardforimagedataacquisition,review,storageandarchivalstorage.ThegoalofPracticeE2339,commonlyreferredtoasDICONDE,istoprovideastandardthatfacilitatesthedisplayandanalysisofNDEresultsonanysystemconformingtotheDICONDEstandard.Towardthatend,PracticeE2339providesadatadictionaryandasetofinformationmodulesthatareapplicabletoallNDEmodalities.ThispracticesupplementsPracticeE2339byprovidinginformationobjectdefinitions,informationmodulesandadatadictionarythatarespecifictodigitalX-raytestmethods.1.2ThispracticehasbeendevelopedtoovercometheissuesthatarisewhenanalyzingorarchivingdatafromdigitalX-rayequipmenttestusingproprietarydatatransferandstoragemethods.Asdigitaltechnologiesevolve,datamustremaindecipherablethroughtheuseofopen,industry-widemethodsfordatatransferandarchivalstorage.ThispracticedefinesamethodwhereallthedigitalX-raytechniqueparametersandtestresultsarecommunicatedandstoredinastandardmannerregardlessofchangesindigitaltechnology.1.3Thispracticedoesnotspecify:1.3.1Atestingorvalidationproceduretoassessanimplementation''sconformancetothestandard.1.3.2Theimplementationdetailsofanyfeaturesofthestandardonadeviceclaimingconformance.1.3.3TheoverallsetoffeaturesandfunctionstobeexpectedfromasystemimplementedbyintegratingagroupofdeviceseachclaimingDICONDEconformance.1.3.4Althoughthispracticecontainsnovaluesthatrequireunits,itdoesdescribemethodstostoreandcommunicatedatathatdorequireunitstobeproperlyinterpreted.TheSIunitsrequiredbythispracticearetoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofreg......
