【摘要】:Self-lubricatingbushingswithlowcreepratesareusedinhydropowerturbinesandotherapplicationsinwhichbushingdistortioncouldcausemisalignmentofshaftsandlinkages.Anassumptionismadethatifthecreepissatisfactoryat55160kPa[8000psi],itwillalsobesatisfactoryatlowerpressures.1.1Thistestmethoddeterminestheamountofcreepexhibitedbyself-lubricatingbushingsexposedtoahighloadforanextendedperiodoftime.1.2Thistestmethodisdesignedtoreproduceconditionstypicalofthoseencounteredbytrunnionbushingsinhydropowerapplicationsandanyotherbushingssubjectedtohighcontinuousloadingandlow-speedoscillatingapplications.1.3Thistestmethodisconductedoncutsegmentsofthebushings.1.4ThevaluesgiveninSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandardinallpropertyanddimensionaltables.Note1--ThereisnoequivalentISOstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
