【摘要】:Wearandcorrosioncaninvolveanumberofmechanicalandchemicalprocesses.Thecombinedactionoftheseprocessescanresultinsignificantmutualinteractionbeyondtheindividualcontributionsofmechanicalwearandcorrosion(1-5).Thisinteractionamongabrasion,rubbing,impactandcorrosioncansignificantlyincreasetotalmateriallossesinaqueousenvironments,thusproducingasynergisticeffect.Reductionofeitherthecorrosionorthewearcomponentofmateriallossmaysignificantlyreducethetotalmaterialloss.Apracticalexamplemaybeastainlesssteelthathasexcellentcorrosionresistanceintheabsenceofmechanicalabrasion,butreadilywearsandcorrodeswhenabrasiveparticlesremoveitscorrosion-resistantpassivefilm.Quantificationofwear/corrosionsynergismcanhelpguidetheusertothebestmeansofloweringoverallmaterialloss.Theproceduresoutlinedinthisguidecannotbeusedforsystemsinwhichanycorrosionproductssuchasoxidesareleftonthesurfaceafteratest,resultinginapossibleweightgain.1.1Thisguidecoversandprovidesameansforcomputingtheincreasedwearlossrateattributedtosynergismorinteractionthatmayoccurinasystemwhenbothwearandcorrosionprocessescoexist.Theguideappliestosystemsinliquidsolutionsorslurriesanddoesnotincludeprocessesinagas/solidsystem.1.2Thisguideappliestometallicmaterialsandcanbeusedinagenericsensewithanumberofwear/corrosiontests.ItisnotrestrictedtousewithapprovedASTMtestmethods.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsandtestmethodsfortheconstruction,thesafetyandtherationalenergyusageforheatingboilers(standard-heatingandlowtemperatureboilers)firedbyliquidfuelsfromsteelandcastironwithburnersaccordingtotherelevantburnerstandards(foratomisingoilburners,see.EN267)uptoanominalheatoutputof10MW.Theyareoperated,eitherwithnegativepressure(naturaldraughtboiler)orwithpositivepressure(pressurisedboiler)inthecombustionchamber,inaccordancewiththeboilermanufacturer'sinstructionsBoilersinaccordancewiththisEuropeanStandardaredesignedfortheheatingofcentralheatinginstallationsinwhichtheheatcarrieriswater,andthemaximumallowableoperatingtemperatureofwhichisupto110°Candthemaximumsafetytemperaturelimiterof120°C.Themaximumallowableoperatingpressureis10bar.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytogasboilerswithatmosphericburners,boilersforsolidfuels,oilorgasfiredcondensationboilers,boilerswithoilvaporisationburners.Fortheseboilerstherearefurtherrequirements.Forgas-firedcentralheatingboilersequippedwithaforceddraughtburnerofnominalheatoutputnotexceeding1000kW,seeprEN303-7.Forshellboilerswithanominalheatoutputexceeding10MWandamaximumsafetytemperaturelimiterexceeding120°C,seeEN12953series.NOTEDefinitionsforheatingboilerandlowtemperatureboilerseeCouncilDirective92/42/EEC.
